Membership Manager, Global Sustain

Global Sustain is part of SOFTONE Group since 2023.

Global Sustain is looking for a Membership Manager to join our talented team in Athens.

Your Role

• Monitor and report on members' subscription services
• Follow up with members to ensure timely renewals
• Create compelling presentations and proposals for members
• Conduct meetings with new and existing members, including physical presence when necessary
• Generate and communicate member reports
• Increase members’ engagement in Global Sustain Club’s activities
• Organise and deliver events for members and stakeholders
• Handle member renewals and agreements
• Drive new member and sponsorship opportunities
• Prepare and distribute weekly newsletters with members news
• Facilitate networking among members through email communication
• Collaborate on the development of a new members' website
• Participate in the design of promotional materials
• Update member information in the SoftOne system

Your Qualifications & Competencies

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience in membership management and event coordination
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Familiarity with CRM and ERP systems
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
