It is a significant step forward in Delta’s ability to offer complex high-power solutions, a broader product portfolio and strengthened Delta's position in the European market.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p>We are looking for a Senior HR Specialist to join our international HR Team, operating from our EMEA HQ in Hoofddorp (Amsterdam Area). As a team we are striving to offer the best service to our internal clients and to support the growth of our business even further. Some of the main responsibilities: </p><ol><li>Partner with business leaders for HR initiatives.</li><li>Handle recruitment, onboarding processes and HR related operations.</li><li>Implement performance management and talent development.</li><li>Collaborate on compensation, benefits, and learning programs.</li><li>Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.</li></ol><h3>Qualifications</h3><ol><li>A Master degree in HR or related field.</li><li>At least 10 years of progressive HR experience.</li><li>Strong knowledge of HR policies, process and practices in EMEA region.</li><li>Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with teamwork mindset.</li><li>Attention to detail and organizational skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office Suite.</li><li>English is required on this position.</li><li>Native speaking in Dutch, French, German, Hungarian, Mandarin or Polish.</li><li>The position requires full time, on site in the office with few business travel annually.</li></ol>
