A division of Harris; Systems and Software is looking for an energetic and driven Project Manager (PM) to join our Professional Services team! The ideal candidate is an enthusiastic, team-oriented individual that is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and has prior experience leading software implementations in the Utility Industry. As a PM, you will partake in project planning and scheduling, and lead our consultants in the implementation of our Utility Billing solution to new and existing clients. Utilizing industry best practices, methodologies and process controls the PM will be responsible for leading a project team to deliver enQuesta Customer Information System (CIS) solutions and associated value-added services to both our customers.

This remote role welcomes candidates anywhere in Canada and the US. This opportunity can be performed remotely or from our office in Winooski, VT. Travel, depending on the project(s) could be as high as 50%.

What your impact will be:

• Lead the project delivery, including managing the scope of the project and changes to the project deliverables, while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
• Responsible for project working capital. Ensuring milestones and work in progress are approved according to contracted acceptance criteria and invoiced on time.
• Forecasting responsibility for both software and services for all assigned projects.
• Provide team leadership to ensure the technical and functional consulting team members are fully utilized and focused on successfully following the established project plan
• Participate in discovery sessions with our external clients and internal technical team to determine the As-Is and To-Be states of their systems
• Provide updates to the Leadership team and manage client expectations, ensuring delivery of the highest quality software solution and customer service
• Resolve project issues and manage change and risks to reduce delays while limiting the impact on our clients and project timelines

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of progressive Project management experience
• 2+ years of experience recommending process improvements
• Dynamic project leader with experience managing software implementation projects to multiple clients
• Experience negotiating resources and deliverables within a matrix organization
• Ability to travel within North America up to 50%
