THE JOB

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner reporting to the VP, Human Resources, aligning HR practices with organizational goals. This role provides guidance on talent management, organizational design, employee relations, compensation, performance management, and culture initiatives with a strong emphasis on leveraging analytics and workforce data to influence decision-making and measure impact.

The HRBP builds trusted relationships across the business to influence outcomes, drive employee engagement, and support both short- and long-term business objectives.

WHAT THIS ROLE WILL DO

Strategic Partnership

  • Provide coaching and consultation to leaders on people management, workforce planning,  organizational effectiveness, and development.

Data & Analytics

  • Use HR metrics and data to identify trends, diagnose issues, and influence people-related decisions.

  • Provide actionable insights to business leaders to drive accountability and measurable outcomes.

  • Partner with VP, HR to ensure workforce analytics inform budget, planning, and pay practices.

Performance & Rewards

  • Support performance management cycles, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational expectations.

  • Provide input on compensation, salary planning, and market benchmarking in partnership with the Compensation team.

Culture & Engagement

  • Partner with leaders to foster an inclusive and high-performance culture.

  • Analyze engagement survey data and recommend actionable strategies to improve employee experience.

Talent Management & Development

  • Partner with managers on talent reviews, succession planning, promotions, and career development initiatives.

  • Support employee growth through career development, coaching, and L&D opportunities.

Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, ensuring fair and consistent application of policies.

  • Manage sensitive situations with discretion, partnering with Legal as needed.

WHAT THIS PERSON WILL BRING

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or HR certification preferred).

  • 5–8+ years of HR Generalist or HRBP experience

  • Workday experience or similar HRIS is required.

  • High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Sharepoint)

  • Experience with Data Visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI

  • Experience with Engagement and Survey Platforms such as Culture Amp and Qualtrics

  • Strong analytics capability: proven experience using HR data, dashboards, and metrics (e.g., turnover, engagement, pay equity, workforce planning) to influence decisions and develop strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of employment law, HR best practices, and organizational development.

  • People management experience: ability to lead, coach, and develop junior HR team members.

  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
