Position Title: Senior Program Manager

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: The annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. RTL Networks considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

Summary:

RTL Networks has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager to join our team supporting The Defense Finance Accounting Services (DFAS). The Defense Finance and Accounting Services (DFAS) Information & Technology (I&T) is responsible for the provision of information and technology services that support the DISA Automated Time Attendance and Production System (DATAAPS), Headquarters Accounting Reporting System (HQARS), and Wounded in Action (WIA). Each system is separate and mutually exclusive; they do not share components or data flows.

Primary Responsibilities:

Essential responsibilities of the Senior Program Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Develop detailed monthly status reports and manage contractors.
• Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables.
• Manages the integration of tasks, tracks and reviews deliverables.
• Oversee performance and shall provide assistance for all three systems (HQARS, DATAAPS and WIA).

Qualifications:

• Minimum six years' experience in management.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or PMP certification.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
• Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time.
• Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically.

SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for clearance at this location.
