ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

  • Using established procedures and working under immediate supervision, responsible for performing a variety of analytical functions associated with low to medium complexity.
  • Focus is extensive on quality and control (minimum of 99.99% accuracy) given the potential for financial implications to clients/participants and Enterprise.
  • Responsibilities include processing of in good order financial and non-financial transactions into the EASY recordkeeping system.
  • Must maintain departmental established productivity goals.
  • Required to manage proper timing expectations for all transactions as well as manage proper communication and follow up procedures with internal clients. In addition, focuses on end-of-day processing; formatting and loading data; responding to internal service requests, and completing research requests.
  • Identifies and documents NIGO themes and provides recommendations to leadership.
  • Responsible for analyzing data and/or forms along with plan parameters to ensure proper processing of client and participant requests.
  • Handles standard or routine tasks.
  • A focus on continuous improvement is required along with analysis and potential implementation of projects.
  • Develops extensive job knowledge by applying written procedures, special handling, plan bulletins, and plan level set up rules.
  • Responsible for prioritization and completion of assigned tasks in accordance with Departmental, corporate, IRS, Department of Labor, FINRA and SEC regulations and requirements.
  • Designs and delivers clear, respectful communications across internal (and occasional external) audiences.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate Degree in Business, Finance, or similar field preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • 6-12 months of similarly related experience in cash/financial field, strongly preferred.
  • FINRA fingerprinting required. 
  • Basic knowledge of recordkeeping processing platforms.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to maintain productivity levels are essential with the primary focus always on high levels of accuracy. 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must be detailed oriented and have analytical ability for in-depth research.
  • Able to make quick and accurate assessments of low to medium complexity situations.
  • Must have general knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Interacts with teams across various areas dealing with plan and participant

Base Salary Range

$41,900.00 - $57,650.00
