We are now looking for an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team!

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for coordinating interview schedules, conducting on-site interviews, and coordinating pre-hire activities for high volume candidate groups monthly.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

·       Manage full life cycle recruitment process for high volume candidates

·       Build a pipeline of qualified candidates

·       Schedule and coordinate onsite interviews

·       Coordinate drug and background check and gaming board application process

·       Help lead new hire orientation, checking paperwork and presenting as required

·       Update internal tracking systems

·       Weekly reporting of recruiting results

·       Participate in process improvement for Talent Acquisition Department

·       Support Human Resources with administrative and employee related matters when needed

·       Participate in job fairs and on-site hiring events

Qualifications

• 1+ years of proven hands on experience in recruitment
• Previous experience in high volume recruiting a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Excellent organization skills
• Ability to build strong business relationships with key stakeholders
• Ability to work productively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Awareness of labor market trends, recruitment channels and selection tools
