Job Description

Are you an excellent communicator and have great interpersonal skills?  If you are at the top of your game in Customer service, we need you!  Location will be at our state-of-the-Art R&D center in West Chicago, IL.  The Customer Satisfaction Champion works directly with customers and provides the “white glove” service experience.  Works closely with multiple INX departments including Customer Service, Deal Desk including Pricing, Operations, Sales, Product Management, and Tech Service.  The key function of this position is to improve communication flow with an emphasis on onboarding new business. This person must balance being an advocate of sales as well as enforcing, disseminating, and embracing company policies while helping to alter or change these as needed while following the proper channels and procedures. This position will report directly to the VP, Digital Division.

As the Customer Satisfaction Champion, you will be responsible to:

  • Improve the flow of communication for new and existing customers.
    • Assists in new customer set-up.
    • Assists in requesting quotes in a timely manner.
    • Enters orders, ensuring the accuracy of pricing, product, and quantities.
    • Enters PRISM reports.
    • Ensures follow-through on all customer inquiries.
  • Ensure that INX is “easy to do business with”.
    • Creates an “ally-relationship” with customers.
    • Facilitates conversations between customers and INX experts.
  • Identify process needs and help to build and implement improvements.
  • Work on special projects as assigned by VP of Digital Division.
  • Attend trade shows and assist with lead generation.
  • Minimal travel required (1 -2 tradeshows a year) but could increase in the future.

Qualifications

To perform your job as expected, you will be required to have:

  • Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from 2-year college or technical school; or 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of both.
  • At least 5 years’ minimum experience in customer service
  • SAP and CRM knowledge and experience strongly preferred. 

  • Proficiency in computer-based applications, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to effectively create and present information

  • Detail orientation and great follow through skills

In addition to these qualifications, we will consider it a plus if you have:

  • Ink customer service experience
  • Bilingual in Spanish
