Asset & Investment Management Intern

• Duties and Responsibilities:
  Overall duties include, but are not limited to, assisting the Asset & Investment Management team with the following activities:
  Reviewing and analyzing project financials, including budget monitoring, forecasting, operating metric analysis, and variance reporting.
  Preparing periodic asset management reports and presentations.
  Supporting due diligence efforts and financial analysis for acquisitions, repositioning strategies, and dispositions to optimize portfolio value.
  Conducting market research, including supply and demand analysis, rent and sales comparisons, and demographic studies for prospective real estate investments.
  Managing a portfolio database to capture updates and ensure accuracy.
  Investment reporting and underwriting for pipeline projects using proforma templates.
• Experience/Qualifications:
  Currently enrolled in a four-year college degree program
  Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Adobe
  Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
  Motivated to learn and ability to receive constructive direction

Considerations:
This position is located in Atlanta, GA. Compensation is based on an hourly rate.
