This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being the go-to person for office operations, resource management, and team support in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

• Act as the main point of contact for office and operations needs
• Manage company resources (phones, credit cards, vendor accounts, subscriptions, etc.)
• Coordinate with our external accounting partner to ensure project expenses are tracked for client billing
• Oversee office operations, facilities, and hospitality, including events and vendor coordination
• Support leadership and sales with scheduling, documents, and special projects

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency using MS Word & Excel. Ability to quickly learn new applications
• Experience in office coordination, operations, or administrative support
