Our Team
The DMOM project is hiring a Senior AWS Cloud Engineer to work on implementing AWS integration solutions. This individual will work directly with business partners and other IT team members to understand desired system requirements and to deliver effective solutions within the Agile methodology. Participate in all phases of the development and system support life cycle. Primary responsibilities are to design and implement cloud integration solutions that will interact with the TriZetto and Facets software packages. The ideal candidate is a technologist that brings a fresh perspective and passion to solve complex functional and technical challenges in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Cloud Development including design, coding, unit testing, triaging and implementation.
Understand and practice CI/CD concepts and implementation - build automation, build pipelines, deployment automation, etc.
Participate and conduct code reviews with scrum teams to approve for Production deployment
Establish/Improve/Maintain Proactive monitoring and management of supported assets assuring performance, availability, security, and capacity
Maintains a strong and collaborative relationship with delivery partners and business stakeholders
Ability to work in a fast paced, demanding, and rapidly changing environment
Ability to work with distributed/remote teams
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Ability to focus and prioritize work
Requirements
Understanding and experience with Agile development methodology and concepts
Experience with RESTful APIs and SOAP services
Software development experience with Python and NodeJS.
Experience with the following AWS Services:
Glue, Lambda, Step Functions, EKS, Event Bridge, SQS, SNS, S3, and RDS.
Experience with Apache Spark and Kafka.
Strong knowledge of Data Integration (e.g. Streaming, Batch, Error and Replay) and data analysis techniques.
Experience writing and maintaining SQL.
Experience working with SQL Server.
Experience developing with containers (e.g. Docker, EKS, OpenShift, etc.).
Experience with GitHub, Jenkins, and Terraform.
Experience with Security Concepts (e.g. Encryption, Identity, etc.).

Experience working with databases such as Aurora, PostGres, and Snowflake.
Experience with Apache Airflow.

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 127,400 - 212,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
