Position Description: 

• The successful candidate for this Business Intelligence and Digital Transformation Lead position will provide direct support to the Partnerships & Opportunity Development Office within Marshall Space Flight Center’s Science and Technology Office.  The office fosters potential business opportunities within NASA, other government agencies, academia and commercial partners.  Key support will be provided for all the tool responsibilities within the office as well as serving a strategic function around digital transformation and Artificial Intelligence (AI) partnerships.   

  Responsibilities:  
   
  Specific support to be provided includes, but is not limited to, the following:

  ·       Own all tool management, including CRM, Salesforce, Gap Tools, and Tour App.

  ·       Develop new business intelligence tools for the office.

  ·       Partner with the Center’s Digital Transformation Lead on new projects.

  ·       Create new partnerships with Digital Transformation and AI companies.

  ·       Conduct business intelligence analysis for the Center using new tools.

  ·       Support the Agency Front Door initiative.

  ·       Support Department of Defense (DoD) & Other Government Agency (OGA) capture efforts.

   

Degree in related engineering or technical field is required. Degree from an ABET-accredited university is preferred. Typically, educational requirements are the equivalent of a BS with at least 5 years of experience, or a MS with at least 3 years of relevant experience.

The candidate is required to have:

• Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance or capability to obtain one
