Job Summary:

Executive Chefs are visionary managers responsible for kitchen operations, promoting teamwork amongst staff, maintaining performance goals and guaranteeing an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Job Specifications:

- Expected Pay Range: The budgeted range starts at $65,000- $82,000 + annual bonus. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Full Time / Year Round
- Skill Level: Advanced
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage the planning, development, and production of menu items
- Oversee the culinary team including hiring, training and developing teammates, managing performance including reviews, and succession planning
- Maintain standards for facility and food preparation, cleanliness, safety, and sanitation in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assist in budget process and forecasting for business, maintaining financial oversight of operational cost to budget
- Oversee ordering/receiving, cost transfers, variance reports and inventory control of all food, beverages, and supplies purchased
- Other duties as assigned
Job Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Culinary degree or certification preferred
- ServSafe certification or regional equivalent required
- 5+ years of high-volume restaurant experience required; management experience preferred
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English; bilingual preferred
- Ability to Ski or Snowboard strongly preferred
