Experienced UX / Interaction Designer

We are looking for an experienced UX / Interaction designer to join our product team.</p><p></p><ul><li><p>You will be the main UX / Interaction Designer of our entire product, including both web- and (native) mobile apps </p></li><li><p>You collaborate closely with all stakeholders, such as customers, customer success managers, product managers and developers, to improve processes and keep our (enterprise) software as user-friendly as possible </p></li><li><p>You analyse existing and new processes and workflows, perform user research and develop wireframes, flows, personas and (responsive) designs in Figma </p></li><li><p>You help our QA team with UX testing and review the final solution to ensure it meets all expectations</p></li><li><p>You evaluate product usage and perform (measurable) tests across our software with tools such as Mixpanel and Datadog where possible</p></li><li><p>You explain design choices and trade-offs and effectively align all stakeholders</p></li><li><p>You will gradually build up in-depth product knowledge to fully understand processes within all modules of our software and use this as a basis to suggest UX improvements</p></li><li><p>You will work closely with developers to check the technical feasibility of your designs and incorporate feedback where necessary</p></li><li><p>You will be a crucial member of the product team, at the same time - given enough input and feedback - you are able to work independently with limited guidance and come up with detailed and comprehensive designs</p></li></ul> <h3> What do we expect? </h3> <ul><li><p>You have at least 3 years experience in a similar UX / interaction design role, preferably working in a SaaS environment</p></li><li><p>You have a strong portfolio of multiple projects where you were the primary UX designer, highlighting your problem-solving approach, interaction design process and final outcome</p></li><li><p>You are highly skilled in Figma and other design tools</p></li><li><p>You are an effective communicator and have relevant experience with business process analysis and user-centric design</p></li><li><p>You have thorough knowledge of HTML, CSS and component-based design, Javascript/Vue knowledge is a plus</p></li><li><p>You have an analytical mind, with a healthy dose of pragmatism</p></li><li><p>You have a Bachelor’s Degree in industrial design, product development, computer science, engineering or related field</p></li><li><p>Relevant experience in the food &amp; beverage sector or processes related to procurement, inventory management or accounting is a plus</p></li></ul> <h3> What can you expect? </h3> <ul><li><p>Payroll or freelancer are possible</p></li><li><p>An engaging job in a successful, growing scale-up.</p></li><li><p>Opportunities for growth.</p></li><li><p>The chance to work with a cool and cohesive team that is building the future of APICBASE together.</p></li><li><p>Fun in abundance.</p></li><li><p>Fair compensation with growth options.</p></li><li><p>Meal vouchers.</p></li><li><p>Health insurances from DKV and Alan.</p></li><li><p>Group insurance.</p></li><li><p>Laptop.</p></li><li><p>Mobile phone and subscription.</p></li><li><p>Want to work as a contractor?
