The Role:  

Reporting to the Chief Revenue and Growth Officer, the role of Chief of Staff, Growth will be a key player on the Growth team, helping to drive operational execution and alignment withing Forge’s revenue organization. Acting as the right-hand person for the Chief Revenue and Growth Officer, the individual in this role will put in place and manage processes and reporting to drive collaboration within the Growth organization and ensure the success of revenue generating initiatives across Forge’s business lines. 

Working across multiple levels, the Chief of Staff, Growth will help to align the execution of tactical programs and revenue objectives with Forge’s overall revenue strategy. They will partner successfully with stakeholders across Forge to ensure that the appropriate frameworks are in place to propel and support revenue objectives.  

The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with cross functional teams, take adata-driven approach to measuring success, be adept at reporting on key metrics and align with Forge’s values of being bold, humble, and accountable. 

Responsibilities:  

• Work closely with the CRO to develop and implement strategic initiatives to achieve revenue goals. 
• Develop analytics and reporting frameworks that allow the success of the Growth organization to be measured and monitored. 
• Lead key projects and ensure that tasks are completed on time and in alignment with Forge’s revenue strategy. 
• Socialize and articulate Growth strategy to ensure that Forge’s business lines’ sales plans and GTM strategies are aligned with one another. 
• Work with business line leaders to address challenges and identify solutions that ultimately ensure revenue goals are met and exceeded. 
• Act as a conduit for communication within the senior leadership of the Growth team to foster collaboration among teams and streamline processes. 
• Develop internal and external presentations, communications, and reports on behalf the CGO and Growth organization. 

Qualifications:  

• 10+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, or similar role supporting C-level executives. 
• An undergraduate degree focused on Finance, Marketing or related fields. 
• Experience in financial services. 
• Strong project management and organizational skills. 
• Ability to address escalations and resolve problems using an analytical data-driven approach. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence others. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
