From original design through artwork amendments and adaptation/versioning, your craft will support brand guardianship, campaign production, and consistent communication.<br/><h3>Responsibilities</h3><ul> <li>Produce and edit print-ready artwork across various media: print collateral, press ads, POS, digital &amp; social assets, and more.</li> <li>Ensure original concepts and client briefs are faithfully executed within brand and corporate guidelines.</li> <li>Mentor local stakeholders to achieve expected quality and brand consistency.</li> <li>Retouch images and photography, apply color management principles, and troubleshoot design/production challenges.</li> <li>Accurately estimate and track time, ensuring projects meet time, budget, and quality goals.</li> <li>Handle personal administration (including timesheets) efficiently and promptly.</li> </ul><br/><h3>Skills and Experience</h3><ul> <li>Significant experience in design and production artwork, especially for print.</li> <li>Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite; strong 3D rendering for POS items.</li> <li>Pre-press knowledge and proficiency in automated artwork and template/systems (DAM, ad delivery, workflow).</li> <li>Confident in direct client interaction; experience with agencies or trade marketing a plus.</li> <li>Image retouching, colour management, proofing, and strong design/layout skills.</li> <li>Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time and workload independently.</li> <li>Strong communication and teamwork abilities.</li> <li>Native Czech speaker with strong English.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.</li> </ul><br/><h3>Benefits</h3> <em>adm is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating a diverse </em><br/><em>environment.  We recruit, employ, develop, compensate, and promote regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, sex, disability, age, veteran status, and other protected status as required by applicable law.
