We are currently seeking a Global Health, Safety, Security & Environment leader to join our global client team!
Schedule: Remote, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Travel Requirements: up to 30% with occasional international travel
Reports to: HSSE Vertical Group Lead

What this job involves:
We are seeking a highly experienced HSSE Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a robust health, safety, and security environment across our JLL client account. You will lead a regional team and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with HSSE regulations and standards. Additionally, you will drive the development of best practices and manage risk across our multi-site property portfolio. This is a leadership role that requires strong communication skills, stakeholder management, and a proactive approach to safety management.
What your day-to-day will look like:
- Implement Global HSSE strategic objectives and ensure operational relevance for the JLL client account
- Manage and reduce operational risks by providing guidance on health and safety risk management and technical advice on HSSE issues
- Stay current with legislation changes and ensure compliance while communicating impacts on service delivery and client occupancy
- Identify improvement opportunities and support cost-effective HSSE risk solutions for the account team
- Ensure building-related risk assessments meet legal requirements and client standards
- Manage incident and accident investigations within the account
- Establish and maintain effective account HSSE communication plans
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in safety management, industrial hygiene, environmental science, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of HSSE management experience with operational systems and corporate clients
- Recognized professional HSSE qualifications and experience in system development, implementation, and auditing
- Deep understanding of HSSE regulatory environment and experience implementing technology platforms across multiple markets/regions
- Experience managing large, multicultural teams with agile leadership and stakeholder management in matrix structures
- Practical knowledge of real estate risk management across complex multi-site property portfolios
- Strong problem-solving abilities with goal orientation to deliver measurable results and excellent communication skills for coaching at all organizational levels

- Knowledge of internationally recognized HSSE management systems
- Positive, proactive, and energetic approach to safety management
- Strong interpersonal skills to establish credibility with colleagues, senior management, and external contacts
- Effective influencing and negotiation skills, adapting communication styles as needed
- Strong cultural awareness and ethical standards
- Ability to drive excellence and collaborate across diverse geographies and cultures

Estimated compensation for this position:
110,000.00 – 140,000.00 USD per yearThis range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
