Maintenance Technician
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Job Type: Full-time
Hollingsworth is hiring a Maintenance Technician to help keep our warehouse operation safe, efficient, and running smoothly. In this role, you will complete facility and equipment repairs, respond to maintenance needs across the site, and support a clean and organized work environment.
What you'll do
• Complete general building and equipment repairs
• Troubleshoot maintenance issues and determine practical repair solutions
• Support rack repairs, including wheels, brakes, curtains, and related parts
• Use tools and powered industrial equipment safely
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with seasonal and outdoor maintenance tasks as needed
What we're looking for
• Experience with general maintenance, facility repairs, or building support
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and complete repairs safely and effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Clear communication and teamwork skills
• Comfortable working at heights and performing physically active work
• Experience in a warehouse, distribution, or industrial setting is a plus
