Job Summary:
This position serves as support for the auto technician and collision repair programs and is responsible for working with customers, students, faculty, staff, vendors, and representatives of the community. This position is also responsible for automotive tool room inventory management.

Minimum Qualifications
Education and Experience:  High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and a minimum of one year automotive or other related experience and/or training.

Required License and/or Certifications:
Valid driver’s license required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of safety standards commonly used in an automotive setting
• Knowledge of automotive tools and equipment, including their use, maintenance, and inventory management
• Ability to supervise students with an emphasis on safety
• Knowledge of personal computer and Microsoft Windows and office applications
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to interpret documents and manuals
• Ability to apply basic mathematical skills
