What You'll Do

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you'll serve as a trusted advisor, helping customers find the right vehicle to fit their needs while delivering an exceptional buying experience.

Responsibilities include:

Assist customers in identifying and selecting the vehicle that best meets their transportation needs
Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to vehicle delivery
Respond promptly to phone, internet, and showroom inquiries
Build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships that generate repeat business and referrals
Follow the CarShop sales process while embodying our values of integrity, teamwork, and customer care
Address customer questions and concerns throughout the purchasing process
Provide an outstanding customer experience from start to finish
Collaborate with team members to create a positive and welcoming dealership environment
Continuously develop product knowledge, sales skills, and industry expertise

What We're Looking For

Ability to build rapport and establish lasting customer relationships
