About The Team:
The People Team at Noah Medical is dedicated to the development, implementation and management of our People Strategy, which includes talent acquisition, support of the employee lifecycle (onboarding, development, offboarding), people programs, operational compliance, employee data management and reporting, compensation and benefits strategy, as well as org design and development support. We support all aspects of People processes and partner with leadership to align the People Strategy with the business priorities and needs. A Day In The Life Of Our HR Generalist:
- Lead new hire onboarding and schedule any necessary training sessions. Manage the E-Verify process for all new hires and update Noah’s systems with employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
- Manage Noah’s offboarding processes, including removing terminated employees from all internal systems and ensuring necessary paperwork is completed. May assist with exit interviews as needed.
- Serve as the direct interface to Noah’s IT and Admin team to ensure a smooth onboarding and offboarding process for all Noah employees.
- Support the Sr. Total Rewards Manager with the administration of Noah’s health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations, processing required documentation to ensure accurate record-keeping and coordinating with Payroll to ensure proper deductions.
- Work with HR vendors, benefit brokers and carriers to resolve any issues or discrepancies.
- Perform regular audits and reviews to verify data accuracy and compliance.
- Participate in various projects related to Noah’s Human Resource Information System (BambooHR) set up, upgrades and maintenance. Participate in new hire or manager training as needed.
- Assist in drafting and analyzing internal surveys through Noah’s survey tool (Culture Amp). Prepare HR-related reports, analyze and interpret data and synthesize into a presentable format.
- Participate in Noah’s training and development program, including scheduling training sessions and maintaining tracking information for relevant meetings/sessions.
- Support the People Operations Lead with managing Noah’s Mentorship Program. Includes scheduling meetings and social events, researching best practices, feedback management and assisting with matching pairs.
- Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies as needed, including ordering annual compliance posters.
- Research various topics and provide recommendations on best practices. Identify processes which can be improved and made more efficient.
About You:
- Knowledge equivalent to a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Human Resources Management, Psychology, or a similar field.
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, prior internships/roles in HR is preferred.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace products.
- Experience with an HRIS, ATS, and Survey platform is preferred, especially experience with BambooHR, Greenhouse and Culture Amp.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Desire to learn and acquire new knowledge and skills.
- Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
