Part Time Overnight Valet Driver

Pay:  $18.50 per hour plus tips

The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position.   A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. The Valet provides professional, courteous and compassionate guest services.

  Basic Qualifications: •  Must be 21 years of age •  Must possess a valid driver’s license •  Must be able to operate both standard and automatic transmissions

Primary Duties:

• Ensure each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment; greet all guests with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Inform guest of valet and self-park options, relevant services, hours of operation, and after-hours key retrieval.
• Assist every guest with car doors, doors, luggage, and belongings. Inquire about destination and provide directions.
• Provide transportation services to guests around the property, using either a golf cart or house car.
• Provide check-in assistance, transport guests to their rooms, and assist with luggage placement.
• Keep the front driveway congestion-free by coordinating traffic flow, monitoring illegal parking, and immediately storing vehicles.
• During peak times, operate, park and retrieve all vehicles in a safe manner by obeying all traffic laws, Resort policies, and applicable pedestrian regulations.
• Organize and count valet tickets from the day prior, and prepare valet tickets for the next day.
• Prepare daily reports for the next day staff, outlining the next day's events, arrivals, and staff on schedule.
• Assist with various tasks as directed by management, including maintaining the appearance of the front drive and surrounding areas.
