About the Quality & Safety Team
Our Quality & Safety team is dedicated to delivering innovative processes that ensure safe, reliable care for our patients. We operate as a cohesive unit, leveraging individual strengths across Quality, Safety, and Operations. In this role, you’ll directly influence patient outcomes and support Walmart’s mission to provide accessible, high-quality healthcare.

What you'll do...

• Lead quality audits and analyze key drivers to enhance patient safety

• Collaborate with Compliance, Operations, and Legal to investigate safety events and develop improvement plans

• Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, ensuring solutions are implemented

• Oversee quality assurance frameworks and drive continuous process improvement

• Mentor and develop associates, fostering a culture of learning and belonging

What You’ll Bring

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00-$155,000.00
