The Strategic Risk Services Team Leader will oversee the operations of our Strategic Risk Services teams that assist Accertify's clients. They will lead and motivate the team of Chargeback Analysts to work efficiently and comply with all regulations.

How will you make an impact in this role?
The Strategic Risk Services Team Leader will oversee the operations of our Strategic Risk Services teams that assist Accertify's clients. They will lead and motivate the team of Chargeback Analysts to work efficiently and comply with all regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead teams of fraud specialists responsible for supporting multiple Client accounts
- Conduct regular quality assurance assessments to evaluate fraud specialist performance
- Create personalized development plans and deliver regular coaching or performance feedback
- Perform initial root-cause analysis for any observed changes in Client environments
- Utilize Interceptas reporting capabilities to build, analyze, and measure specialist success
- Create and maintain Client-specific reference materials and training resources
- Identify and communicate possible enhancements to the Client’s fraud strategy
- Ensures high workforce morale and job satisfaction
- Coordinate proper cross-client coverage and successfully adapt to volume fluctuations to exceed Client service level agreements
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in English. Preferred ability to work a rotational schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and as needed for shift coverage
- Passionate about developing new talent and leveraging existing talent to exceed Client expectations
- 3+ years’ experience in e-commerce fraud prevention with a strong understanding of payment risk principles, including techniques or platforms used to mitigate e-commerce fraud
- Familiarity with leading/supervising a team using SMART goal strategies
- 1+ year Interceptas experience
- Confidence in making instinctual business decisions with little or no direction
- Strong internet research, Microsoft Office, and overall computer skills
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with the flexibility to manage competing priorities.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- This role is located on-site in our Madrid, Spain Accertify Location
- Team Leaders must work on-site four days a week and be flexible to work a rotational schedule that includes days, nights, weekends, holidays, and as required for shift coverage
