The Electrical Superintendent serves as the technical authority for electrical systems, ensuring installations are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with project specifications. This position works closely with project managers, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams to drive successful project delivery from construction through commissioning and turnover.</p> <h3>Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li data-section-id="14qxsxw" data-start="1250" data-end="1391">Supervise and mentor on-site electrical teams, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure high performance and adherence to project standards.</li> <li data-section-id="127quy8" data-start="1392" data-end="1494">Serve as the primary electrical systems technical advisor at the onsite field construction office.</li> <li data-section-id="10joduh" data-start="1495" data-end="1615">Provide hands-on electrical systems support in the field, including layout verification and installation sequencing.</li> <li data-section-id="gkotjm" data-start="1616" data-end="1731">Lead the planning, scheduling, and monitoring of electrical construction activities to meet project milestones.</li> <li data-section-id="sgy6v3" data-start="1732" data-end="1841">Facilitate daily coordination meetings and proactively resolve field issues to maintain project progress.</li> <li data-section-id="vrgw2o" data-start="1842" data-end="1943">Act as the interface between area managers and subcontractors to resolve coordination challenges.</li> <li data-section-id="1kp9113" data-start="1944" data-end="2099">Review, interpret, and coordinate electrical design drawings, construction documents, and technical manuals; quantify materials required for execution.</li> <li data-section-id="qfzz1k" data-start="210
