JobTestPrep | Product Manager

On behalf of JobTestPrep, SD Solutions is looking for a brilliant Product Manager who will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of the products.

As a Product Manager you work closely with internal and external stakeholders, lead design requirements and specifications, work with development teams through the delivery process, and push for customer adoption of new tools.

Responsibilities:

• Translate the product strategy and roadmap into abstract product requirements and specifications.
• Self-learn approach and ability to understand complex systems including processes, product integrations, Interfaces, and technical architecture.
• Be the owner of product planning, requirements, and execution of the product life cycle.
• Assist in product strategy development by understanding product differentiation, unique capabilities, and gaps.
• Work with the UI/UX and industrial designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and product designs.
• Establish a close working relationship with engineering to ensure a rapid time-to-market.
• Maintain and execute according to the product roadmap.
• Define and follow KPIs for the team and the product.

Requirements:

• 3+ years' experience as a Product Manager is required.
• You are experienced in managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its life cycle.
• You have a proven ability to drive products and effectively communicate with different stakeholders such as Development, Research, Marketing, Business, and C-Level personnel.
• Strong knowledge of UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
• Experience with EdTech and HRTech products - an advantage.
• Fluency in English – written and spoken.
