Job Summary:

The Director of Leasing Product is responsible for supporting the development of Element’s long-term Leasing product strategy. The Director will work directly with the Vice President of Leasing & Related Products to identify new market opportunities for Leasing, develop new and/or refine existing products and manage the product lifecycle.  This role will partner closely with the Director of T&R and T&V (Title & Registration, Tolls & Violations) Product and Director, Core & Third Party Remarketing Strategy to drive cross-portfolio continuity. This role will partner closely with cross-functional process owners to ensure effective deployment and execution of Leasing strategies in market. The Director is also responsible for measurement and monitoring, KPI tracking and ad-hoc analysis to assess the performance of products.

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct market and competitive intelligence to identify new market opportunities and target markets for Leasing

Support VP of Leasing & Related Products with defining recommended value drivers aligned to individual target markets

Support VP of Leasing & Related Products with identifying and assessing new Leasing products and business models to meet market opportunities

Support VP of Leasing & Related Products with product roadmap and prioritization

Work cross-functionally with FP&A (and other key Element stakeholders) to develop the business case, budget and capital requirements for new Leasing products

Work cross-functionally with Strategic Alliances (and other key Element stakeholders) to understand buy vs. build options for new Leasing products

Support VP of Leasing & Related Products to liaise with Commercial Leasing and Corporate Marketing teams to execute product-marketing specific capabilities and thought leadership development

Support VP of Leasing & Related Products to liaise with Remarketing and Title & Registration teams to create an integrated Leasing Lifecycle client proposition

Identify data requirements and improvement for effective reporting on Leasing Product

Attend Leasing Data & Analytics Oversight Committee as representative for Leasing product data, measurement and reporting

Develop Leasing Product KPIs

Analyze and report on product KPI performance to support the development of recommendations to change/update overall product strategy

Support development of Net Finance Revenue forecasts and projections, as input into the P&L for Leasing

Qualifications, Education, and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent business experience

10+ years of leasing industry experience, preferably in financial services, operations or customer service

Extensive business acumen and deep understanding of business objectives

Ability to navigate and work across all levels of the organization

Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

Effective problem solving, analytical and project management skills

Strong relationship management experience working with cross-functional internal business partners, highly customer focused

Strong organizational planning, decision making and analyti
