Subject Matter Leader Global Credit PH/CH 

 

Your tasks:

•    Manage a small credit expert team to ensure timely execution of credit responsibilities with high quality standards
•    Professional customer risk assessment incl credit recommendation for all global customers as an added value service for the GPO Credit and the Regions
•    Risk Monitoring of global customers incl. internal escalation
•    Supporting the GPO Credit in managing the risk exposure based on Risk Committee / CFO decisions
•    Stakeholder alignment to capture risk relevant information for final GPO risk assessment and decision
•    Risk Management reporting
•    Monitor compliance with policies / procedures and escalate any deviations to the GPO Credit
•    Credit insurance management (operational)
•    Credit insurance reporting
•    Credit insurance claims management
•    Monitoring of financial implications due Risk adjustments for global customers
•    Key User for Credit
•    Center of expertise for Financial Reviews
•    Adhoc credit projects

Who you are:

•    University Degree or similar professional experience in the field of Credit Management,
•    Expert in financial analysis
•    5+ years of experience in Credit Management 
•    project or team management experience 
•    English C1
•    Advanced MS Office 
•    Operative thinking, routine problems to be solved 
•    Ability to lead virtual teams
•    Strong communication and presentation skills;
•    Solid understanding of processes and automation 
•    Good organizational skills
