Clinic Director / Partner - Licensed Physical Therapist

Position Summary:

Our Clinic Directors oversee all aspects of the clinic operations, manage clinical and non-clinical staff, and work with patients to provide individualized treatment and plans of care. Clinic Directors play a pivotal role in promoting efficient service utilization and program development, collaborating with digital marketing strategies, and fostering communication with medical professionals and stakeholders to enhance service standards within the local community. With a commitment to cultivating excellence in patient care, Clinic Directors lead in facilitating and participating in continuing education, while also providing mentorship and individualized support to enhance team performance. Job Description:

Clinic Director & De Novo Partner (Equity Option) 

Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy – Start Up Outpatient Ortho Clinic  

Base Pay: $95,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year       

  

Please note this does not include Student Loan Repayment, Relocation, or Sign-on Bonus, Director Bonuses, Equity, CEU Reimbursement, Residency Tuition Assistance, or any other monetary benefits.

We are looking to grow in Bridgeport, Trumbull, & Southbury, CT! We are open to exploring locations closest to you. We go where the talent and patients are! Please note this clinic does not exist yet and you will have the unique opportunity to partner with us to pick out the perfect location!
