Business Analyst

As a member of this team you will focus on supporting commercial, technical projects and initiatives, in the IT areas of CRM and Integration. Your role will focus on the delivery of client engagements, by understanding clients’ objectives, aligning your work to these objectives and setting personal priorities, liaising with others across all lines of business and taking accountability for own and team results.</p><h3>Qualifications: </h3><ul> <li>Communication skills: Understand clients’ needs and their business flows (e.g. Banks), via business analysis and convert them into functional requirements i.e. acting as the “translator” between business and technical teams. Acts as a bridge between technical and business aspects both for the client and the firm and analyze the needs of large systems and breaking them down into smaller manageable parts.<br/> </li> <li>Synthesize clear takeaways from complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods.</li> <li>Own and develop trusted relationship with associated areas within the organization.</li> <li>Update documentation framework by drafting processes, user manuals, policies and all documents accompanying IT as well as non-IT initiatives.</li> <li>Evaluate current operating models and design new ones in accordance with clients strategic objectives.</li> <li>Coordinate with Product Managers and/or third parties to analyze business requirements communicating the proposed approach to the respective division managers.</li> <li>Ensure business integrity in terms of what has been built is aligned with the new business requirements so that the proposed solution has consistency with what the company already has built and what it stands for.</li> <li>Work with and facilitate cross-functional teams to ensure that client’s business goals are addressed through IT as well as non-IT initiatives.</li> <li>Coordinate with stakeholders of the respective divisions to understand new business requirements or change requests and provide feedback on possible solutions for implementation with the associated risks.</li> </ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.</li> <li>Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Information Technology will be considered a plus;</li> </ul><ul><li>Familiarity with various operating systems/languages and databases as well as understanding of SaaS solutions;</li></ul><ul><li>Minimum of 3-4+ years BA experience in tech/software development or data ownership projects preferably in the Financial Services/Banking;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience as a consultant and/or in projects related to Loans products will be considered as an asset;</li></ul><ul><li>Experience in business process design and understanding of applications with preference in CRM, ERP, RPA and BPM; </li></ul><ul><li>Agile mentality and working style (sprint planning, backlog refinement, Kanban dashboards) would be highly appreciated;</li></ul><ul><li>Produce high quality work packs (such as user requirements, functional specifications, user stories, user manuals, UAT scenarios);</li></ul><ul><li>OKRs orientated;</li></ul><ul><li>Software Development Process experience will be considered a plus; </li></ul><ul><li>·Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information;</li></ul><ul><li>Well organized, self-driven, flexible and able to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, and deadline-driven environment;</li></ul><ul><li>Passion to work in a multidisciplinary teams and projects;</li></ul><ul><li>Creativity and analytical thinking to solve complex problems;</li></ul><ul><li>Self-motivation for continued learning and development;</li></ul><ul><li>Commitment to providing excellent quality work and building client relationships;</li></ul><ul><li>Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both formal and informal settings;</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent knowledge of MS Office; and especially highly skilled in presentation drafting;</li></ul><ul><li>Fluent in English and Greek, both written &amp; spoken.</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>On top of a challenging work environment, we are offering:</p><p>💸 Competitive compensation, ticket restaurant card, and annual bonus programs<br/>💻 Cutting-edge IT equipment, mobile, and data plan<br/>🏢 Modern facilities, fr
