Job Summary

The Digital Engagement Officer is responsible for cultivating a portfolio of leadership giving prospects, individuals that have the capacity to make a gift between $500 and $4,999. This position engages leadership giving donors through virtual outreach, digital communications, and in-person interactions, building meaningful relationships and guiding the donor journey to increase philanthropic support for the university.

Key Responsibilities

• Frontline Fundraising/Leadership Giving/Solicitation: Develop and manage a portfolio of leadership donors to secure gifts of $500 to $4,999 through digital engagement
• Lead and execute stewardship efforts for leadership giving donors, including engagement planning and donor acknowledgment.
• Serve as an active and collaborative member of the Leadership and Annual Giving unit.

Compensation

Salary placement is determined by the education, experience, and qualifications the candidate brings to the position, internal equity, and the hiring department’s fiscal resources.

• Hiring Range: The hiring range for this position is $5,274 (Step #1) - $6,303 (Step #10) per month commensurate with candidate's education, experience, skills, and training.
• CSU Classification Salary Range: The CSU Classification Salary Range for this position is $5,274 (Step #1) - $7,684 (Step #20) per month.
