In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products on time and within budget. You will leverage your expertise in Scrum methodologies to guide and coach teams, remove impediments, and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.</p> <p>Please note: ***Need candidate to join within 30 days***<br>Job Location - Pune and Bengaluru - Hybrid mode</p> <h2>Responsibilities</h2> <p>Delivery Management:</p> <ul> <li>Plan and manage the delivery of software projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.</li> <li>Define project scope, timelines, and resources, and track progress against plans.</li> <li>Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and issues that may impact delivery.</li> <li>Facilitate communication and collaboration across teams and stakeholders.</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize delivery processes and outcomes.</li> </ul> <p>Scrum Mastery:</p> <ul> <li>Guide and coach development teams on Scrum principles, practices, and values.</li> <li>Facilitate Scrum events, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.</li> <li>Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress and productivity.
