Retail Excellence Senior Specialist

We are currently looking for a Retail Excellence Specialist to design and implement programs that improve store performance, customer experience, and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with IT, HR, Marketing, and Supply Chain to ensure best practices, monitor progress, and drive performance maximization across the retail network.

Your profile:

• Sales Performance & Operational Excellence: Ensure the Amplifon Sales Operating Model is applied across all stores to optimize sales funnels and deliver exceptional in-store customer experiences (CX).
• Data-Driven Insights & Analytics: Generate business insights through advanced analytics to support decision-making at all levels, improving overall retail performance.
• Training & Organizational Development: Collaborate with HR and REX trainers to develop store teams, enhancing skills and capabilities to drive sales effectiveness and operational efficiency.
• Retail Protocol & Sales Effectiveness: Drive sales performance through effective agenda management, omnichannel coordination, and optimized time management. Support the design and roll-out of incentive systems and sales promotions.
• Store Network & Health & Safety Management: Conduct strategic analysis to optimize store networks, ensure geographical footprint efficiency, and oversee health and safety standards in collaboration with outsourced providers.

Our requierments: 

• Strong Analytical Skills: High level of analytical ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Retail Management Experience: Extensive experience in retail management or trade shopper roles, with a deep understanding of the retail industry.
• Education & Language Proficiency: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, with a B2 level of proficiency in English.
• Teamwork & Leadership: Proven ability to work effectively in teams and lead others to achieve results, with strong leadership and inspirational skills.
• Attention to Detail & Big Picture Thinking: Ability to focus on details while maintaining a strategic overview of overall objectives and goals.
