As a Sr. Engineering Program Manager, you are responsible for providing support on support the planning and execution of Sustaining and New product introduction activities working directly with our contract manufacturer of electro-mechanical medical devices.
Your role:
Facilitate and align multi-site program execution, ensuring cohesive progress and seamless integration across engineering, business, and manufacturing functions.
Drive stakeholder collaboration and negotiation on scope, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation to achieve program objectives and maximize value.
Oversee program deliverables, monitor interdependencies, and ensure successful integration with suppliers and contract manufacturers for electromechanical medical device projects.
Lead, mentor, and develop cross-functional teams while managing commercial relationships and subcontractor performance to achieve operational excellence.
Cross-functional Collaboration coordinating functions such as R&D, Quality, Operations, Regulatory and external suppliers
Direct complex problem-solving, change management, and policy development to support both sustaining engineering and new product introductions in a regulated medical device environment. Preferably in the electromechanical medical devices.
You're the right fit if:
You have 7+ years of experience with Bachelor's OR 5+ years of experience with Master's in areas such as Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Innovation Management or equivalent.
Your skills include proactive problem‑solving skills using Lean or equivalent root‑cause analysis to implement corrective actions.
You have a Bachelor's or Master's in Project Management, Industrial Engineering degree or equivalent.
You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Plymouth, Minnesota is $134,000 to $212,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
