Your Role:

As a Field Marketing manager within Life Science Services, you will support the execution of our CDMO strategy in the field of Novel Modalities. You will understand customer needs, industry trends and market influences. You will provide in-depth information on our products and services, including mRNA, Lipid Nano Particles, Formulation Services, and Lipids. You will establish and maintain tools to support the Business Development team, including pipeline management tools and financial reports.

 

You will partner with the commercial teams to develop Plan of Actions and execute the Go-to-Market plans. You will also provide market and Voice of Customer inputs to contribute to new product development and value propositions.

 

You will also be active in relevant industry forums, associations, and Thought Leadership activities and further develop and maintain influential contacts in the field of Novel Modalities.

Who You Are:
Minimum Qualifications:

• BS degree in Biotechnology or Molecular Biology - MSc and/or PhD is preferred
• 3 years minimum of directly related work experience
• Strong analytical skills
• Expert in Excel including Think Cell and Power Point
• Demonstrates ability to communicate with diverse audiences clearly and effectively, both written and orally
• Intrinsically driven professional with the ability to work independently
• Ability to manage through influence in a globally networked organization
• Demonstrated success in leading high-profile external and internal projects
• Willing to travel up to 50%
