About the role

Responsibilities

Noblis MSD’s mission is to support the Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) and Naval Surface Warfare Center (NSWCPD) and their missions to enable research, development, test and evaluation, acquisition, engineering, systems integration, in-service and Fleet engineering with cybersecurity, comprehensive logistics, and life-cycle savings. Currently we are looking to hire a Program Analyst.The Program Analyst will directly support US Navy programs with analysis and oversight of programs/projects to facilitate decision making and improve efficiency. The Program Analyst may participate on a team. Their responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to:

• Supporting programmatic tasks including the development, maintenance and administration of program management tools utilized for scheduling, budgeting, resource management and project status.• Understanding process requirements and data functionality in order to contribute towards data inputs, data management, report assessments and customer deliverables• Developing and disseminating communications for program related tasks and activities and answers questions for stakeholders• Coordinating program management tasks and projects • Interpreting the technical data/information to determine applicability and importance of information for required database entries• Tracking data/information within the database, as well as provide action item tracking for engineering programs• Providing program coordination and facilitation for engineering teams

 

Hybrid work work environment must be able to come in and interface with the customer.  The candidate will be working on a long term contract.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, or Associate's Degree with 3 years of work experience, or High School Diploma with 9 years of work experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills needed to coordinate with multiple Team Leads along with multiple on-site customers
  • DoD Secret Clearance is desired and the ability to obtain one is required 

Desired Qualifications

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • MS Office Suite proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint). MS Access a plus but not required
  • Organized and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task
  • Proactive, self-motivated attitude 
  • Ability to manage time effectively & meet deadlines
  • Proficient working in a team environment, including ability to take direction from Team Leads and integrate individual tasks with team objectives
  • Experience with Navy/DoD programs is a plus, but not required

Compensation at Noblis is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the combination of education, certifications, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, internal and external equity, location, clearance level, as well as contract-specific affordability, organizational requirements and applicable employment laws.
