About the Innovation Team (OTP LAB)
OTP Bank has established its Innovation Department, OTP LAB to foster new ideas and support the bank to exploit its innovation potential. Within OTP LAB we have started a Beyond Banking Business Development Team whose aim is to identify new venture building potential on the market, eventually creating profitable businesses and integrate these organisations into the entire group ecosystem. What your job will be

• This is a complex role which requires representing OTP LAB on an operational level in beyond banking companies, promoting operational excellence by improving current processes between OTP Bank and the respective beyond banking entity. 
• Your role will also include exploring new ways of processes and data level integrations that enhance the cooperation between OTP Bank and its beyond banking companies. 
• On a daily, weekly basis you will be required to intimately understand the drivers of the key performance indicators of different companies to come up with the best possible way to improve operational excellence. 
• You will act as „bridge” between OTP Bank and beyond banking companies, liaising between people, active communication with different stakeholders will be part of your daily work.
• This role is likely to push you out of your comfort zone, but at the same time it will give you the chance to take a major part reshaping traditional banking customer touchpoints and building up a unique beyond-banking ecosystem.

 

You are the ideal candidate, if you

• are proactive, action-oriented, and follow through on commitments
• are very precise and have good analytical skills 
• exhibit a high degree of ownership in your tasks 
• are able to lead complex projects independently 
• like being involved in both long cycle strategic projects and at the same time are able to follow up daily tasks
• have experience in content delivery focused project management (e.g., structuring problems, creating flowcharts, analyzing design options etc.)
• gained a minimum of 5 years of experience in process improvement/operational excellence relevant areas 
• have strong communication skills and do not shy away from conflicts
• are fluent in Hungarian and English
• are team player and fun to work with ��
