This leadership role is located at Iuka, MS.
The Manager Mission Assurance 1 will have the responsibility of defining and monitoring mission assurance program specifications and processes to ensure mission success of programs, which will include the following responsibilities:
Management Responsibilities:
Manage daily customer interface
Track and Drive Quality initiatives, Compliance Matrixes, FAI's, Corrective Actions, and Process Improvements
Develop a deep understanding of Customer requirements
Manage data collection, analysis, metrics, and presentations
Engineering Responsibilities:
Facilitate root case and corrective action investigations
Contribute to design change control reviews and implementation
Author documentation to instruct operations on successful execution of quality requirements
Write and manage risk mitigation actions and assure their implementation
Support internal audits, process observations, and area assessments
Leading FMEA efforts
Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma with at least 4 years of experience in Quality or related field
Must have 1 year of prior management/leadership experience
Must have an Active DoD Clearance and the ability to obtain special program access.
Preferred Qualifications:
Working knowledge of corrective action principles (5-Why, Fishbone, KT, etc.)
Prior composite manufacturing experience
Active PAR
