Who you are:
As a Registered Associate, you provide support to our Frost Investment Officers in opening brokerage and fee accounts as well as responding to basic inquiries from customers about investments. You will assist in preparing paperwork and open accounts for Frost Investment Services. Most importantly, this role is about building trust through every interaction and doing it with integrity, caring and excellence in mind.
What you’ll do:
Cover telephones for Investment Officers in assigned Financial Center. Provide customer service and problem resolution
Prepare paperwork and open accounts for FIS and brokerage and maintain all account files for Investment Officers
Monitor and update cost basis information for FIS accounts
Assist with the administration and investment reviews of FIS accounts
Maintain a database of mailing information. Also responsible for mass mailings, including invitations and newsletters
Organize and maintain proper inventory of office supplies and FIS literature
Compose a variety of correspondences (thank you letters, seminar invitations, etc.)
Coordinate the client referral program
Follow-up on compliance issues as needed
Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
What you’ll need:
FINRA Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses; or, FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses (or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire)
Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
Additional Preferred Skills:
General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C) or Life, Accident, Health, and HMO
