We are currently looking for a Project Management & Resourcing Officer to join our expert Data & AI Transformation practice.

What’s the role about?

In short, this position answers directly to the COO and included working closely with all members of the C-level team and senior leadership.

Your primary responsibility will be to ascertain that all on going and future projects across the company are resourced and future capacity needs are diagnosed.

Also, you will work as central Project Management Officer, liaising with Satori Product Owners, streamlining project onboarding and offboarding processes, enhancing standardized reporting and following up on commitments. In essence you will help us ensure that our projects are on track and on budget.

It is a critical role and tasks at hand are important. Also, especially if you are not coming from a Data & Analytics background you will need to understand what we do and how we do it in order to be effective and we know that takes time. But we have your back. You will find that your input will be highly valued and acted upon. We succeed or fail together.

On any particular day you will be doing several of the following:

• Make sure that our resourcing software is updated with current commitments and hours are properly scheduled and logged by Satori personnel.
• Plan future engagements working alongside Presales, Engineering Managers and Product Owners.
• Report on resourcing on an operational and strategic level.
• Work with leadership and HR to understand trends and plan future hires.
• Takeover oversight of the project onboarding procedure, make sure that it is enforced across the company but also introduce enhancement and KPIs.
• Design, track, and report on success criteria and KPIs for each project.
• Work alongside the company leadership to track the performance of our various teams in projects, help POs convey critical information, risks and opportunities to management, undertake and deliver on commitments.

Requirements

What do you need to be successful in this role?

Job requirements

To be considered for the role we ask that you have:

• 3+ years experience in a chief of staff, project manager, project manager officer, product owner, or resourcing officer role. Experience in the technology sector and preferably Data Analytics is a big plus but not critical.
• Good understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of Agile and Waterfall Project Management with hands on experience in at least one of them. Certifications are huge pluses.
• Demonstrable and in depth experience with resourcing and project management technology platforms such as Jira, Trello, Float, Monday etc.
• Εxperience in high-paced, high-accountability professional environments (scale-ups, start-ups or consultancy environments).
• Be a proficient Microsoft Excel user.
• Fluency in English and Greek. The ability to write and present to a high standard.
