Your Role and Responsibilities

• The Procurement Operations Buyer is responsible for providing support for procurement applications, process related help requests and for order fulfilment transactions, full buyer purchase order placement.
• Client facing skills and learning procurement systems is a key attribute.
• German language role.
• Occasional client-related travel, like for example visiting the client in their home country, might be needed.
• Includes team leader responsibilities next to being an Operations Buyer; coordinating sub-team’s work, responsible for sub-team meeting objectives/deadlines and being liaison between sub-team and client.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

What you will bring to the team:

• Receive order requests from the client and suppliers and provide support in designated language.
• Having experience with operations buying.
• Fluency in German in both writing and speaking.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Customer service experience is a benefit
• Prior leadership experience is considered a favorable qualification
• Good communications skills
