We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Cyber Business Analyst. In this role, you will provide critical support to the PBH government leadership and Warp Core Program Executive Office (PEO). You will track all current and future data connections to the Envision platform. You will draft and track all mutual operating agreements and data sharing agreements for signature by data source owners and PBH leadership. You will gather and provide all requisite documents necessary to gain Authorizing Official approval for data connections and modifications to data connections. You will maintain the online database that track connections as well security credentials to maintain those connections. You will assist in trouble shooting data connections with data source owners and Envision Engineers. You will status updates and highlight risk/roadblocks to achieving necessary data connections.
This position is contingent upon the successful award. Project contract start is December 1, 2024.
Location: Remote Work with travel to Peterson AFB CO, Pentagon DC, and Los Angeles AFB CA
Responsibilities:
- Attend LOE Calls: Participate in Level of Effort (LOE) calls to identify new data sources or additional data required to support ongoing platform work.
- Schedule Meetings: Coordinate meetings with data source owners and requestors to determine the best approach, establish connections, document processes, and integrate data.
- Document Connections: Ensure all documentation for each system is completed accurately, and maintain a repository for all connection documents (e.g., ATO, PIA, MOA, DSA, etc.).
- Collaborate with ISSM Team: Provide the ISSM team with up-to-date and accurate information on each data source request to facilitate the Approval Official (AO) approval process.
- Prioritization for CCB Board: Offer prioritization for data connections to the CCB board, which directs the ISSM and engineering teams' efforts to finalize connections.
- Support Engineering Team: Assist in restoring degraded connections through password resets, identifying points of contact (POCs), and scheduling troubleshooting sessions.
- Maintain POC List: Keep an updated list of POCs for all connections and agents.
- Facilitate Connection Changes: Manage changes to connections based on requests from data source owners (e.g., migrations to the cloud, database changes, permission changes, sync times).
- Update Documentation: Maintain current memos, MOAs, data sharing agreements, etc.
- Submit Data Requests: Address issues and submit requests for additional data as needed by platform users.
- Adjust Schedules: Update data pull schedules to add additional tables or change the data sync time of day when requested, ensuring schedules fall within the agreed-upon time in the data agreement.
- User Forum Support: Respond to questions on the Teams "User Forum" or seek input from the engineering team for accurate responses.
- Data Connection Request Dashboard: Maintain a list of data connection requests from platform users via the dashboard.
- Facilitate Engineering Inquiries: Assist the engineering team with data-related questions by coordinating discussions between engineers and data SMEs for each connected data source.
- Weekly Notifications: Send weekly notifications via TEAMS to project owners with stale access requests on the platform.
- Report Updates: Distribute weekly notifications to update Tuesday and Thursday reports, track updates until completion, and move reports to Teams for respective meetings.
- General Account Management: Create and configure user accounts with appropriate access levels; provide user support, including addressing account-related issues; manage user access to ensure compliance with security protocols, ect.
- Plan and execute data connection management throughout the project lifecycle. Oversee the daily management of data connection items.
- Review migration plans of any data sources and update documentation. Ensure that Engineers members follow data connection processes. Define and operates the organization's data management tools.
