We’re looking for someone who’s ready to grow with us, bring energy and drive to their work, provide maintenance and repair for a variety of customer and company owned heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts, and help us build the future of construction. Mechanics will have the opportunity to work on the newest fleet in the industry.</span></p> <p style="line-height: 1;"><strong>Schedule: </strong>Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and offers overtime pay after working 40 hours. <strong>(75% Travel)</strong> (This role is subject to on-call scheduling with additional compensation provided)&nbsp;</p> <p style="line-height: 1;"><strong><em>Hourly pay range: $30-$36/hr. Factors including past experience and location may affect final compensation rate.&nbsp;</em></strong></p> <p style="line-height: 1;"><strong>Territory: <span style="font-weight: 400;">North Dakota, South Dakota, and Minnesota</span></strong></p> <h3 style="line-height: 1;"><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p>The District Field Technician is a field-based leadership and technical role, responsible for traveling within the assigned district and region to support, evaluate, coach, and provide feedback to other technicians. This role is a hands-on expert, personally handling complex diagnostics, troubleshooting, and major and minor repairs on a variety of customer and company-owned equipment.
