Job Description Summary:

Financial Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, Business Casing

Job Description:

• Supervise the small business finance team that has been established to provide support to the SMB BU commercial/sales/product teams
• Manage all budget, forecasting and month end close processes related to in scope products
• Ensure governance over all commercial activities including deal reviews, pricing and partner incentives
• Provide financial insight and support across business development initiatives
• Work with the Business Unit and Corporate Strategy team on building business cases, financial models, pricing proposals and sales support to determine impact on business unit and company P&L.
• Support efforts on providing visibility to executive staff on how new initiatives impact long-term PayPal mission and financial goals
• Highly accountable, with ability to independently lead and coordinate complex projects across multiple subject areas.
• Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate intellectual curiosity to anticipate business needs.
• Must be able to effectively manage a team

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is

$143400 to $285450
