Title: Director, Investor Relations

Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite)

Summary:

The Director, Investor Relations will support the execution of the company’s investor relations strategy and help communicate our financial and strategic vision to the investment community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the VP of Investor Relations and Corporate Finance team to support the quarterly earnings process.
• Assist in preparing external communications, including earnings presentations, Forms 10-K and 10-Q, and other financial disclosures.
• Help coordinate internal review meetings with senior leadership to align on key messages.
• Contribute to the development of earnings call materials, including scripts, slides, and Q&A documents.
• Support planning and execution of investor engagement activities such as virtual meetings, roadshows, and conference participation.
• Assist in maintaining relationships with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
• Help prepare briefing materials and talking points for senior executives ahead of investor meetings.
• Contribute to the creation of compelling presentation materials that clearly communicate NCR Voyix’s strategy, performance, and market positioning.
• Participate in the development of investor messaging and positioning strategies.
• Monitor analyst reports and financial models; assist in benchmarking against internal forecasts and industry peers.
• Gather and synthesize market intelligence and investor feedback to inform internal stakeholders and support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in preparing reports and presentations for senior management and the Board of Directors.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of relevant experience in investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, or related fields.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements and capital markets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively across functions and levels of the organization.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with financial data platforms (e.g., Bloomberg, FactSet) is a plus.
