<p><span>Lucid Motors is seeking a motivated and<span> </span></span><span>experienced</span><span><span> </span></span><span>Sr. Service</span><span><span> </span></span><span>Global Supply Manager</span><span><span> </span></span><span>to join the<span> </span></span><span>European Service Parts</span><span><span> organisation</span> (After-Sales)</span><span>. The Sr. Global Supply Manager manages company business with a<span> </span></span><span>growing<span> </span></span><span>group of suppliers and is a key internal interface with Service Program Operations. The Sr. Global Supply Manager must identify, develop, and manage the global<span> </span></span><span>Service<span> </span></span><span>supply chain, work with stakeholders and vendors to obtain the direct materials needed for our Service </span><span>operations. They will help establish our global<span> </span></span><span>Service<span> </span></span><span>supply chain strategy, manage end-to-end lifecycle, supplier management, and support cross-function teams in execution. A successful Global Supply Manager is highly analytical, detail-oriented,<span> </span></span><span>experienced in negotiations</span><span>, and can build strong relationships to set the foundational processes to ensure the highest customer experience.</span></p>

<p><span>The Role:</span></p>
<p><span>• Responsible for procurement of direct materials</span><span><span> </span>(</span><span>i.e</span><span><span> </span>spare parts, accessories, tooling)</span><span><span> </span>to support<span> </span></span><span>Global<span> </span></span><span>Se</span><span>rvice<span> </span></span><span>Organization</span></p>
<p><span>• </span><span>Collaborate with Engineering and Supplier Quality to identify potential suppliers with the right qualifications to meet Lucid’s expectations and timeline</span></p>
<p><span>• </span><span>Create RFQs, review, analyze and clarify quotations from suppliers and develop sound sourcing</span></p>
<p><span>• </span><span>Thoroughly negotiate favorable contracts including parts pricing, tooling costs, Engineering Services (NRE / EDT) and MSAs.</span></p>
<p><span>• </span><span>Maintain overall supplier relationships and act as point of contact for all commercial issues, including internal report-outs summarizing sourcing status, parts availability and cost status</span><span><br/></span><span>• </span><span>Gather information regarding data attributes and share with internal teams as needed (e.g. Lead times, MOQ’s, TCO, etc.)</span></p>
<p><span>• </span><span>Work with Quality to evaluate and maintain a supplier scorecard in a certain frequency (e.g. semester, yearly basis)</span></p>
<p><span>• </span><span>Work with SQE and suppliers to order parts that have successfully gone through PPAP; Be involved in APQP,<span> </span></span><span>Run@rates</span><span>, etc.</span></p>
<p><span>• </span><span>Elaborate purchase orders, contracts, releases on time through the current electronic system to suppliers to cover supply for active<span> </span></span><span>materials</span><span>; work closely with<span> </span></span><span>Global<span> </span></span><span>Planning team to know which<span> </span></span><span>material<span> </span></span><span>will need to be procured in the S/M/L term and cover the lifecycle of the<span> </span></span><span>material</span></p>
<p><span>• </span><span>Identify key market trends for improvement in Service supply chain</span></p>
<p><span>• </span><span>Proactively find, evaluate and develop new market options as dual/alternate sources</span></p>
<p><span>• </span><span>Responsible to meet (and exceed) cost savings and cost avoidance targets for the Service organization</span></p>
