<p>Wärtsilä is leading the transition towards a 100% renewable energy future. We Wärtsilians help our customers unlock the value of energy transition by optimizing their energy systems and future-proofing their assets. Did you know Wärtsilä has delivered 74 GW of power plant capacity and more than 80 energy storage systems in 180 countries around the world?<br/> <br/> In this fast changing world of energy, we are constantly on the lookout for future-oriented talent to join our team and to work towards enabling sustainable societies through innovation in technology and services - together. Want to join the ride?</p> <p>We are now looking for a</p> <p> </p> <p>Maintenance Technician / Technicien de Maintenance H/F</p> <p> </p> <p>to join our team.</p> <p> </p> <p>The preferred location for the position is in Surgeres, France</p> <p> </p> <p>As Maintenance Technician, your work will focus on these responsibilities:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Is responsible for the availability of the workshop's tools and production resources,</li> <li>Carry out corrective, and preventive maintenance operations in accordance with safety, quality, time and cost rules,</li> <li>Is responsible for reporting safety risks, quality deviations, and observed malfunctions,</li> <li>Takes charge of and follows up all the requests for intervention that are assigned to him/her,</li> <li>Records the intervention reports in the CMMS database,</li> <li>Updates the CMMS by integrating all necessary and useful information (diagrams, ranges, technical data, schematics, etc.),</li> <li>Intervenes while respecting safety, quality, time and cost objectives</li> <li>Ensures daily regulatory compliance of equipment and tools,</li> <li>Reports on its activity to the maintenance manager,</li> <li>Ensures the support of subcontracted service providers,</li> <li>Collaborates actively in the daily tasks of the maintenance department</li> <li>Actively supports the production workshop in the completion and development of operations, as well as in its overall approach to continuous improvement (operational excellence),</li> <li>Ensures troubleshooting interventions on the entire workshop perimeter (networks, machines, tools) in order to ensure the availability of the equipment for production,</li> <li>Carry out breakdown diagnostics and implement permanent countermeasures to eradicate any occurrence,</li> <li>Participates in the construction of the preventive planning and carries out the associated interventions.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Required conditions:</p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>BAC Pro Maintenance BAC +2, BTS MAI</li> <li>Experience in a maintenance department of 3 years</li> <li>Possibility of working shifted hours or on call.</li> <li>Knowledge of electricity, hydraulics, pneumatics, mechanics</li> <li>Electrical clearance,</li> <li>CACES would be a plus</li> <li>Ability to adapt to change</li> <li>autonomy and organisational skills</li> <li>Ability to work in a multi-technical maintenance environment</li> <li>Ability to work in collaboration</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>**********************</p> <p> </p> <p>Nous recrutons maintenaint un</p> <p> </p> <p>Technicien de Maintenance H/F</p> <p> </p> <p>pour joindre nos équipes.</p> <p> </p> <p>La location préférée pour le poste est à Surgères, France. </p> <p> </p> <p>Qu'est-ce que tu vas faire: </p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Est responsable de la disponibilité des outils et moyens de production de l’atelier,</li> <li>Realise des opérations de maintenance curatives, correctives, préventives conformement aux règles Sécurites, Qualité, Delai et Coûts,</li> <li>Est responsable de faire remonter Jes risques sécurité, écarts qualité, dysfonctionnements constates,</li> <li>Prend en charge et suit toutes Jes demandes d'intervention qui lui etant affectées,</li> <li>Enregistre les compte rendus d'intervention dans la base GMAO,</li> <li>Met à  jour la GMAO en y integrant toutes informations nécessaires et utiles (schemas, gammes, données techniques,</li> <li>schemas...),</li> <li>lntervient en respectant les objectifs Sécurité, Qualité, Délais et de coûts</li> <li>Assure quotidiennement la conformite réglementaire des équipements et outillages,</li> <li>Rend compte de son activité au responsable maintenance,</li> <li>Assure l'accompagnement de prestataires intervenant en sous-traitance,</li> <li>Collabore activement aux taches quotidiennes du service Maintenance</li> <li>Supporte activement l'atelier de production dans l'accomplissement et le developpement des opérations, ainsi que dans sa demarche globale d'amélioration continue (operational excellence).</li> <li>Assure les interventions de dépannages sur l'ensemble du perimetre atelier (reseaux, machines, outillages) dans le but d'assurer la disponibilite de l'equipement pour la production,</li> <li>Réalise les diagnostiques de pannes et met en place des contre-mesures perennes pour eradiquer toute occurrence,</li> <li>Participe à la construction du planning préventif et rea
