Blackline Technical Product Lead

We are hiring a Blackline - Technical Product Lead who will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing will the Blackline application. This role will encompass user account and role management, system maintenance and customization, report creation, workflow optimization, issue troubleshooting as well as user training support and implementation support across ongoing Blackline. In addition, you will actively support projects aimed at process streamlining and automation, along with enhancing and integrating Blackline modules. 

The Technical Product Lead will report to the Director, Product Strategy with close alignment to the Finance and Enterprise Technology teams.  The ideal candidate for this role is one who can bridge between technology and business requirements playing a pivotal role in ensuring seamless successful implementation of key technology initiatives.

We are looking for someone with following competencies. 

• Application administration: User and role management, system maintenance and configuration, report creation, workflow optimization, and user training and support. 
• Process improvement: Supporting projects aimed at process streamlining and automation, along with enhancing and integrating Blackline modules. 
• Integration: Understanding the integration between Oracle (ERP) and Blackline. 
• Blackline SME: Experience across the Blackline platform modules to provide technical oversight across the implementation of various modules and serve as the primary Blackline SME at HUB, offering support to users and addressing functionality questions and issues. 
• Implementation Support: Partner with the Finance team and System Implementation vendor in the ideation, technical development, and implementation of Blackline modules and contribute to integration strategies, testing, deployment, and post-deployment requirements.  
• Ongoing support: Maintain and test the Blackline software program updates to ensure functionality.
