Accounts Payable Specialist

Ridenow Powersports, a subsidary of RumbleOn, is seeking a highly organized and detail oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Payable Specialist! As part of our accounts Payable Specialist! As part of our accounting team, you will play a crucial role in managing the companys payable and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers. If you are experienced in accounts payable and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, this position may be perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and match them with purchase orders and receiving records
• Ensure appropriate coding, approval, and documentation for all invoices
• Perform data entry of invoices into the accounting system
• Coordinate with internal departments and vendors to resolve any invoice discrepancies
• Prepare and process payments to vendors, including checks, electronic transfers, and credit card payments
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve any discrepancies
• Mantain accurate and up-to-date vendor records
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelors degree in accounting or related field is a plus
• Previous experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team enviroment and communiacte with internal and external stakeholders
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and practices
