Are you passionate about mental health care? Join University Health Behavioral Health Ellington Place as a Therapeutic Support Specialist on our day shift team! Support adults with mental illness while enjoying a consistent weekday schedule: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3:30 PM. 
 
 
What You'll Do: 
 
As a Therapeutic Support Specialist on our residential care team, you will provide essential care and support to residents, helping them thrive in a safe and supportive environment. Your responsibilities will include: 
 

• Engage and Connect: Lead fun, meaningful activities that promote confidence, joy, and emotional well-being for residents. 

• Teach Life Skills: Guide residents in developing practical skills like cooking, cleaning, symptom management, and problem-solving. 

• Provide Support: Assist with outings, medication administration (training provided), and maintaining a welcoming, recovery-focused environment.
